PORTRAITS/CREATIVE SESSIONS: 

• MINI-SESSION:
  One (1) person - $150* for a 30-minute session. ($25 for each 30-minute time block); includes 2-3 poses with 1 outfit change.
  High-resolution images are delivered via secured digital download.
  *Includes a $50.00 editing/retouching fee
• CORPORATE/MODEL HEADSHOTS:
  One (1) person - $250* per hour ($50 for each additional hour); includes 3-5 poses with 2 outfit changes.
  High-resolution images are delivered via secured digital download.
  *Includes a $50.00 editing/retouching fee.
• INDIVIDUAL:
  One (1) person - $450* for the first hour ($100 for each additional person and $100 for each additional hour); includes 3-5 poses.
  High-resolution images are delivered via secured digital download.
  *Includes a $50.00 editing/retouching fee.
• GROUPS:
  Up to the first five (5) people - $700* for the first hour ($100 for each additional person(s) and $100 for each additional hour.)
  High-resolution images are delivered via secured digital download.
  *Includes a $100.00 retouching fee.

*EDITING/RETOUCHING
Color and cropping are completed in-house. Image clean-up for blemishes, fly-away hair, and other distracting elements is outsourced to an editing service in the U.S.

EVENTS - MILITARY, CORPORATE, and CHARITY EVENTS ONLY:

$1000 per event for up to 4 hours; additional hours billed $100 per hour. High-resolution images are delivered via secured digital download.

EDITORIAL:

$850-day rate (8-hour day) plus mileage; less than 8 hours are pro-rated plus mileage. The rate includes editing time and full image captions. Hi-resolution images (300 PPI/DPI, 14” on the longest side) will be FTP’ed the same day or sent with a link to download the hi-res gallery from my website. Mileage rate - .58 cents per mile round-trip outside a 50-mile radius of the home office.
Editorial Billing and Late Charges - Editorial invoices are billed and due within 30 days of assignment. Late charges begin on day 31 at 5% of the amount due daily.

YOUTH SPORTS (ages 8-16 years old):

$250 per game up to 2 hours; additional hours are billed at $100 per hour. High-resolution images are delivered via secured digital download.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENT/SCHEDULING: 

• DEPOSITS:
  Deposits for all sessions or events (EXCEPT Editorial assignments and Youth Sports) can be made using the BOOK A SESSION button on the lower right of your screen.
• PAYMENT:
  Timothy Hale Photography accepts payments via most credit/debit cards, PayPal, cash, or personal checks. Personal checks must clear before the order is processed, so please allow for 1-2 weeks when paying by personal check.
• SCHEDULING:
  You may book your session or event using the orange BOOK A SESSION button on the lower right of your screen. Please provide at least 4-6 weeks' notice before booking any scheduled session or event. Contact us at [email protected] for questions about any of the above-listed sessions or events.
• CANCELLATIONS for Events, Youth Sports, Portraits, and Creative Sessions: 
  All cancellations must be made 48 hours before your scheduled session/event. Cancellations due to inclement weather, other acts of nature, or acts of God will not count against you. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours or less from your scheduled session. In the event of a client cancellation, you will be given two rescheduling opportunities with a $100 rescheduling fee due immediately to reserve your new date.

I am an independent photojournalist striving to work professionally with all clients. These rates and policies ensure equitable treatment of all parties throughout the process.

I fully understand that each client has unique needs for finished products, and I am willing to accommodate most requests, provided they are ethical, legal, reasonable, and safe.
